Requests are stored in the MySQL database hosted by Octenium. Authorized reception and administration staff can access them. The configured email service may notify the hotel and, following staff action, send a message to the requester. No payment is made on this site.

Data and purpose

The form collects your name, phone, email, dates, guest count and wishes to process your request and reply. The message and preferences are optional. Do not provide identity documents or medical information. Your consent and its date are recorded.

Retention

A pending request remains available until the hotel processes it. Staff must regularly review and close old files. Cancelled files become eligible for deletion after the period below from their last update; approved stays after the stated period from departure. Deletion occurs during the next authorized maintenance operation.

• Cancelled files: 90 days
• After departure: 365 days
• Action log, without contact details: 180 days

Exports and backups are restricted to authorized people. Their holder must apply retention periods and reapply deletions after restoration.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, object to processing where applicable and request erasure of data processed without justification. Send your request to the contact above with your request reference; the hotel will verify your identity proportionately before replying.

Cookies and external services

An essential session cookie protects the form and sign-in. No advertising or audience tracking is included. Photos and fonts are served by this site. Opening Google Maps takes you to an external service with its own policy. Application logs exclude names, contact details and messages.
